Why I brought Conscious Connected Breathwork into my work
For years, I've helped people shift limiting patterns at the root, in the subconscious mind.
But some people can't let go of the constant stream of thought. They analyze, judge, and control everything, not because they're doing anything wrong, but because their mind learned to always stay in control.
That's where Conscious Connected Breathwork became the perfect complement. Conscious breathing quiets the mind and opens a deeper, more direct access to your feelings, your body, and the patterns beneath them.
What Conscious Connected Breathwork is
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a continuous breathing technique, no pause between inhale and exhale. This shifts your nervous system and quiets your analytical mind.
It goes deeper than a short relaxation exercise. The inner critic that judges every experience goes quiet. What's left: direct access to feelings, body sensations, and processes usually buried under thinking.
It's a body-based complement to inner child work. Where words and images work through the mind, breathwork works through the body. Both lead to the same patterns.

My training and certification
Before I guide you through your Breathwork session, a thorough and recognized training was essential to me. I completed my certification as a Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator in July 2026 with Seven Directions® Breathwork, an internationally GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) accredited training school based in Glastonbury, UK. The program ran in a hybrid format, combining live in-person modules in Glastonbury with online training units.
Throughout the training, the focus was on safety, consent, and a trauma-informed approach to the nervous system, the same principles I bring into every session I hold with you.
You can find me listed as a certified practitioner in the official Seven Directions® directory.

How a breathwork session works

Check-in
We briefly clarify where you're at and what you want access to in the session. No questionnaire, no analyzing, just a short check-in.

Arriving
You get comfortable lying down, online in front of your camera or in-person in the room. We regulate your nervous system together before the active breathing begins.

Active breathing phase
Experience deep, authentic connections where you can truly be yourself - embraced by unconditional love and acceptance

Integration
A quiet phase where what came up can settle, without you having to make sense of it right away.

Closing conversation
Experience deep, authentic connections where you can truly be yourself - embraced by unconditional love and acceptance
Who breathwork is for
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a good fit if:
-
you notice your mind constantly analyzing, judging, and controlling, and you'd like to let go of that more often
-
you've already done subconscious work or inner child work and now want a body-based way in
-
you notice talking alone isn't enough anymore, and you want to feel something instead of just understanding it
-
you're self-employed, often traveling, or need flexibility, and you're looking for a method that works just as well online as in-person
Important note: With certain physical or psychological conditions, for example cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or current psychiatric diagnoses, breathwork isn't suitable for everyone. Bring this up openly in the check-in, and we'll look together at whether and how a session can work for you.
